I attended a seminar at Excel, it was my first visit to this lovely apartment. The host was superb, very polite and accommodating. The apartment is well-equipped and feels like home. The views are amazing and the location is great, with easy access to the city. The apartment was clean and tidy with a comfortable bed. I had a really nice stay and would recommend it to others.

The location was perfect, right near the subway station which made it easy to get around. The view from the apartment was amazing, I could see the city skyline and it was breathtaking. Another advantage was the spaciousness of the apartment, plenty of room for me and my friends.

There were a few negative aspects of my experience. The heating in the apartment was not working properly, so we were freezing during our stay.
